6.00 AM to 2.00 PM – 2 x shifts available offering regular overtime

10.00 AM to 6.00 PM – 1 x shift available offering potential overtime

Transition to Full-time Position offering and Immediate Start

This leading company in the healthcare sector is expanding their Team to ensure the timely and accurate support is provided from dispatch to the expanding Queensland branch network and customer base.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure stable full-time hours, work in the heart of the operation when no two day is the same and your naturally curiosity, problem solving and communication skills shine as you transition into a permanent role.

About the Role

You will enjoy playing a key role in the Team coordinating daily freight movements and ensuring smooth, efficient transport operations. Acting as one of three central point of contact between customer service, operations, transport providers and clients, you will manage schedules, troubleshoot issues and help to keep deliveries on track.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily transport scheduling and dispatch coordination
  • Managing delays, route changes, load variations and exceptions
  • High-volume, accurate data entry across freight systems
  • Liaising with internal teams, drivers and external customers
  • Monitoring freight movement, warehouse flow and transport timelines
  • Maintaining accurate records across freight portals and systems

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in transport scheduling (essential)
  • Experience with Rodaro, GP, SmartFreight or similar systems (highly desirable)
  • Strong understanding of dispatch activities that include transport booking and coordination
  • Excellent computer literacy and confidence using multiple systems
  • Ability to resolve dispatch issues quickly including any failed daily deliveries calmly and professionally
