About the Role

The Customer Support Team is responsible for the accurate and efficient management of customer transactions, enquiries, quotations and order processing activities.

This role is focused on delivering a high standard of transactional customer service, supporting internal sales processes and ensuring customer requirements are handled accurately, professionally and within the required timeframes.
